Dismantling a fire extinguisher. • Depressurization. Audit locking and starting device (ZPU). Elimination of deformation of the gearbox mechanism. Replacing the valve insert. • Blowing out the siphon tube. • Replacing the mass of fire extinguishing filler FOSKON - 430. • Connecting the ZPU with the siphon tube and with the neck of the fire extinguisher body. • Injection to operating pressure Рrab - 1.7 MPa (17 kgf/cm2). Checking the thread connection: seal in the neck, control pressure gauge in the seal for leaks. • Sanitary treatment of the fire extinguisher body, working hose with barrel. • Sealed fitting connection working hose with a barrel, with a seal, sealed along the thread with a specialized sealing tape. • Certification and sealing of the fire extinguisher. • Transport of fire extinguishers for refilling by the supplier Quantity: OP4-4 pieces, OP5-6 pieces
