Prequalifications are invited for Fire Fighting Equipment Supply and Maintenance.
Mary’s Meals International is a UK based humanitarian organization which responds worldwide in school feeding. We are feeding over 1.2 million children globally in their places of education. We have a Country Programme in Liberia with a school feeding program reaching around 114, 292 students in 507 schools in Bomi, Cape Mount, Bong and Montserado Counties.
Mary’s Meals is inviting applications from well-established and reputable companies and businesses to register for the inclusion on our database suppliers and providers of goods and services for the period January 2019 to December 2020. Registered suppliers will be expected to enter into a service contract and service level agreement for this period. Contracts will be subjected to annual reviews to assess performance of the suppliers during the period. Note that all current suppliers will have to re-register should they wish to continue doing business with Mary’s Meals.
For hall rental services, catering services, and hotels accommodation, please submit your recent price list including the capacity of conference hall (if any), menu and price list, price list and category of accommodation)
For stationery, office supplies and motor vehicle spare papers please submit your recent price list indicting the product
Conditions

1.0 Price list for the goods and services for the category selected. Bidders are expected to maintain the prices fixed for a period of one year

2.0 Tax clearance certificate

3.0 Certificate of registration or incorporation

4.0 For contractors, relevant works and constructors’ certification from statutory bodies are required

5.0 Cliental base in the selected category

6.0 Copies of purchase orders and contracts from past businesses or current clients
Requirements

Bidders will further be required to state in their bid submissions full details of their location, latest telephone numbers, fax and email addresses
Successful bidders will be required to sign a two-year service contract / framework agreement.
Prospective Services providers are hereby advised that registration does not constitute automatic offer of business nor does it bind Mary’s Meals to offer you contracts.
