Expression of Interest are invited for Finance, Develop, Build and Sell High-End Luxury Apartments within the Government Reserved Area (GRA) in Benin City, Edo State, Under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
SCOPE OF WORKS
Prospective developers are now invited to submit an expression of interest (EOI) in any of the following properties:
Property 1:
• Current Use: Undeveloped land designated for residential use.
• Location: Okoro-Otun Avenue GRA Benin City. It-s close to Edo State Government House, Golf Course, and Benin Airport.
• Land Size: The land measures approximately 9, 519sqm
• Proposed development: High-end residential estate with various types of accommodation

Property 2:
• Current Use: Undeveloped land designated for residential use.
• Location: Reservation Avenue GRA Benin City. It-s close to Edo State Government House, Benin Club, Benin Airport and overlooks the Golf Course.
• Land Size: The land measures approximately 7, 755.51sqm
• Proposed development: High-end residential estate with various types of accommodation
