Tenders are invited for Final Evaluation of the Project: Prevention against All Forms of Gender-Based Violence in the Union of the Comoros.

· The consultant must submit (1) a letter of interest with mention of availability (2) a personal CV, (3) his availability as well as (4) a technical and financial offer for his service, specifying in the title: COMOROS: Final evaluation KM115;
· The indicated price of the service must bear the words 'firm, global, lump sum and definitive'.

The consultant must justify:
· a Master's degree in gender studies, social sciences or any other related discipline.
· at least 3 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluation
· have a high level of skills in designing and conducting evaluations as well as in data analysis;
· Proven experience in the humanitarian field;
· Have experience in socio-cultural analysis, gender and human rights;
· Excellent writing and oral skills in French
