FHF campus management system The object and goal of the award process is the procurement of a campus management system for the Königs-Wusterhausen training and further education center. The basis is the conclusion of an EVB-IT system contract. The FHF operates For many years, the HC training management system has been the central specialist process for planning and managing training, studies, advanced training and events on the AFZ KW campus. In order to ensure smooth training and further education operations, The local institutions jointly use the HC specialist procedure, which provides, among other things, current event, participant, accommodation, catering and timetable data. The basic infrastructure such as servers, operating system and database server is provided and maintained by ZIT-BB for this process as part of a service agreement. The database and specialist administration is carried out by the FHF itself. A complete migration of the specialist process into the central one ZIT-BB's data center could not be implemented as part of the "Migration AFZ KW" project in 2017 due to insufficient performance and availability. The software from HC on which today's solution is based is already over 20 years old old and technologically no longer adaptable to the current state of technology.
