Tender Details

Ferric chloride supply contract 2026-2029 Delivery of iron chloride to the sewage treatment plant of the city of Bergisch Gladbach for three years. Delivery of the operating material ferric chloride under the condition that the stated unit prices for the respective period are binding. The contract provides for a price escalation clause. The contract term is limited to three years from September 1st, 2026 to August 31st, 2029. The estimated annual requirement is approx. 100, 000 kg +/-15% of pure iron (active substance). The purchase quantity is therefore: 300, 000 kg of pure iron in the period mentioned. The Beningsfeld sewage treatment plant can accept a maximum of 40 m³ (equivalent to approx. 55, 600 kg) of iron chloride per delivery. As a rule, 25, 000 kg of iron chloride are required 4-6 times per month. The delivery must be made on call, within 4 working days to the Beningsfeld sewage treatment plant.
