The subject of the tender is the heat supply systems, consisting of heat generation, heat distribution and room heating surfaces as well as the refrigeration systems for building supply from long-distance cold and cold water from groundwater use including refrigeration distribution networks.
Heat generation: groundwater heat pumps (2x70KW) for the basic load cover with two fountains in the pendulum. Setup in technology center, ATEX version due to refrigerant R290. Top load cover via district heating connection (2x170kW)
heat distribution: three distribution networks for static heating, RLT systems and subsequent heaters. Presseless distributors thanShallow memory with redundant pumps (N+1) flow temperature: 50 C (peak load case max. 65 C)
room heating surfaces: Docropoly radiators for office, laboratory surfaces, stairwells and changing rooms
cold: Connection to the remote cold network of the EVU with separation via record heat exchangers (KW 8 C, 355 kW), High-temperature cold (KW 14 C, 62 kW) with basic water use, subsequent cooling via heat exchanger with inadequate groundwater performance, recovery of waste heat via heat pump for heating support
