Tender Details
The Friedrich Schiller University Jena intends to purchase a compact, fully integrated ultrafast ytterbium-doped fiber femtosecond laser system with a central wavelength of 1064 nm. The system is intended for applications in the advanced spectroscopy and can be used in combination with a second harmonic generation (SHG) module in the context of two-photon lithography and nonlinear optical material processing. The laser system is in one existing experimental platform and must therefore ensure a high average output power, excellent long-term performance stability as well as reliable, low-maintenance and largely automated operation. In particular Two-photon lithography applications and SHG-based processes require high peak intensities and stable repetition rates to ensure reproducible nonlinear conversion efficiency and high manufacturing precision. The system must be suitable for long-term experimental measurement series with constant initial properties over longer periods of time. To ensure reliable operation under optimal conditions and long-term maintainability, the system must be: fully integrated solution with all core components provided by a single manufacturer. The provider must have service and maintenance centers within Europe to provide timely technical support ensure. The system must be completely adjustment-free, fully automated and computer-controlled in order to ensure robust operation and safe and uncomplicated use, even by master's students without special experience in using it To enable high-performance femtosecond lasers. Since the laser is integrated into an existing laboratory infrastructure, the system must meet defined spatial restrictions and consist of a maximum of...
