Tender Details

Femtosecond Laser Microprocessing System The Technical University of Munich plans to procure a complete, integrated femtosecond laser micromachining system for use in microelectronics and bioelectronics manufacturing. The system should Enable 2.5D laser micro-processing applications, ensure easy operation, be a Class 1 device and meet high precision standards. It is intended for structuring materials and structures where a lithographic Structuring is not possible. Typical applications include removing thin layers on others, such as: E.g. 100 nm metal layers (Ti+Au) on polymer structures, or polymer structures such as Parylene-C or polyimide (1-5 μm) on thin ones Metal layers, as well as cutting and drilling holes in polymer films with a thickness of less than 100 µm. This should be possible on 2.5D surface topologies such as microneedle arrays or curved surfaces. Materials needed for the Standard liftoff or etching lithography, such as conductive polymers such as PEDOT:PSS, carbon nanotubes or liquid metal-filled conductors, should also be processable. The system should be versatile and for a wide range of applications be suitable, e.g. B. Laser processing of glass for microfluidics or chemical surface modification of polymers. The system must meet the minimum technical requirements listed below and, in addition, be as...
