Federal Agency for Digital Radio for Authorities and Organizations with Security Tasks (BDBOS), renovation of two federal technology buildings (TgdB) in Thuringia. The client intends to use the technical systems of two data center-like facilities To renew federal technical buildings with redundant technical systems while the buildings continue to operate. These are in particular drinking water systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, low-voltage systems, in-house generation systems, Medium voltage systems, fire alarm systems, building automation and oxygen reduction systems. For the planning and implementation, the property planning services for buildings and interiors are provided as part of a negotiated process with a participation competition the awarding of architectural services in accordance with Section 34 HOAI for service phases 2 to 8 (service levels 1 to 4) was announced.
