Expression of Interest are invited for Feasibility Study (Technical; Financial; and Market) and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Study.
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
1. Delle-s Coast Enterprise has received a Grant from the African Development Bank and intends to utilize part of this Grant towards the cost of the following Assignment: Feasibility Study (Technical; Financial; and Market) and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) Study.
2. The services to be provided under the Assignment, which are project preparation studies to enhance the bankability of Delle-s Coast Enterprise Project - Expanded markets for Production and Processing of Spices and Cereals in Ghana, include:
i. Feasibility Studies (Technical, Financial and Market)
ii. Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA
iii. Business Plan
The expected outcome of this assignment includes: Study on the most adapted production and processing of spices & cereals and its costs, Study on energy management, Study of market and marketing of Delle Coast Enterprise-s spices & cereals and Financials on the Construction.
3. Delle-s Coast Enterprise now invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested Firms shall provide information (documents, reference to similar services, experience in similar assignments, etc.) on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to undertake this Assignment.
4. The eligibility criteria, the establishment of a short list and the selection procedure shall be in conformity with the African Development Bank-s Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations, approved by the Bank-s Boards on 14 October 2015, and available on the Bank Website at http://www.afdb.org.

5. The estimated duration of services is 3 Months (90 Days) and the estimated starting date is 22nd July 2020
