1. Context: The Director of Finance and Material of the Ministry of Economy and Finance invites the offices of eligible consultants to express their interest in rendering the service mentioned above. The offices concerned must provide the information indicating that they are the qualities and skills to perform the said service justified by the following evidence:
- Similar experiences attested by the certificates of service performed and copies of the cover pages and signature pages of the contracts
correspondents.
NB: new offices which have less than one (01) year of existence must provide proof of their existence by providing the approval or professional card.
They must in addition to these documents justify their ability to conduct this study by providing CVs signed by the holder and countersigned by
the Head of the cabinet of key personnel with specific experience in the field sought.
2. Objective: The general objective of the study is to analyze the legal, technical and organizational feasibility of the shared pilot GIS project of the Mali DFS and to develop a coherent and complete business plan.
3. Duration and place of the mission: The mission will extend over a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of notification.
4. funding of the mission: The funding is provided by the National Budget, Fiscal Year 2020
