Tender Details

The German Bundestag (DBT) strives to participate in the implementation of the decree of "energy efficiency for climate-neutral new/expansion buildings and building renovations of the federal (EffB)" for the implementation of the "Bundes building" measure from the 2030 climate protection program. In this context, the goal is to make the energy supply of the buildings of the German Bundestag in the Technical Association of Parliamentary Buildings (TVP) by 2045 at the latest. As part of a feasibility study, solution concepts for the areas of heat, cold and electricity are to be developed, taking into account the specific user requirements as well as all available capacities and location -related potential.

The current energy supply concept is based on a complex system of three pillars: renewable regional raw materials, solar energy and the special heat storage properties of the domestic substructure.
