This framework agreement contains the general framework conditions for carrying out tree care work, which can be commissioned by the client through “individual calls” if necessary. Such an individual call then consists of one Commission letter and an informal e-mail/cover letter from the responsible clerk with the exact information about what is to be accessed, as well as an excerpt from the General Terms and Conditions of the City of Essen, as the scope and time of the respective service request cannot be determined in advance. The respective quantities are estimated based on the current order situation. However, excess or short quantities may occur. The framework agreement does not justify the contractor's right to request one certain minimum number of individual calls. There is therefore no obligation on the part of the client to accept the goods. The mass front records formed in the list of services are currently estimated based on the experience of the last few years as well as those planned Measures and only serve to objectively assess the price parameters of the offer. The offer prices are fixed prices and are valid from June 1st, 2026 to May 31st, 2027. The list of services is divided into 2 partial lots (partial lots 1-FB 60 and Partial lot 2-FB 66 and FB 67, consisting of two different departments). At least one partial lot must be offered in full. However, both partial lots can also be offered. If a bidder submits the lowest bid in more than one partial lot before the contract is awarded, written proof must be provided that, in the interest of speedy completion of the order, each partial lot will be completed within the specified time frame by appropriately staffed and mechanically equipped teams can be edited at the same time.
