Tender Details

The organic soils in the state of Brandenburg are largely drained and are used for agriculture. The joint project examines value chains that arise after rewetting and harvesting the resulting biomass. In the Positive effects on biodiversity are expected as a result of rewetting and harvesting processes. The faunistic components cannot be collected by the research participants themselves and should therefore be assigned. The award includes the recording and evaluation of five species groups (avifauna, amphibians, grasshoppers, butterflies and ground beetles) in three project areas (Middle Havel, Havelluch and Uckertal) over four recording periods in the period 2026-2032.
