Fastening construction (VE071), CVK, DHZC The Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin intends to build a pioneering new building for the German Heart Center of the Charité (DHZC) in the southwestern area of the Virchow-Klinikum (CVK) campus. By The planned new building will also house the central sterile supply (ZSVA) and the central emergency room (ZNA), and a helipad will be built on the roof of the building. The total usable area for the new DHZC building is approx. 29, 800 m² a gross floor plan area of ​​approx. 75, 600 m² and a gross volume of approx. 355, 000 m³.
