Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to post solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Vendor to obtain Lida Facility Scanning and BIM Modeling for New Hampshire Veteran Affairs Hospital at Manchester.
