Tender Details

The building at Am Strandkai 1 in 20457 Hamburg was acquired by the HPA in December 2023 in order to use it as a new corporate headquarters in the future.

The takeover and preparation of the building for the purposes of the HPA will be completed in several

phases. For the period from June 2024 until the beginningThe entire facility management service, which is defined in more detail below, should be awarded to an efficient companyphase and the time of start of use

by the HPA. For the subsequent period of use of the building as an administrative building

through the HPA in regular operations, the FM services will be reassigned.

The tendered service does not only refer to the building, but

includes itthe entire property including all open spaces and outdoor facilities, which are generally accessible to the public. Furthermore, the HPA's obligations as the property owner should also be assumed with regard to adjacent public paths that do not belong to the property.

Parts of the building and the entire property will continue to be used throughout the entire duration of the contract. These include, for example, parts of the underground car park, office rental space, a restaurant, two shop areas on the ground floor, the atrium and publicly accessible open spaces.
