Facade work New container management depot: A new depot is being built for the Munich waste management company (AWM) in the Riem district at De-Gasperi-Bogen. The new location complements the existing main base in Truderinger Street and serves the central container management of the AWM. The new building brings together all logistical and administrative processes relating to waste containers (garbage cans and containers), in particular delivery, storage, cleaning, repair and distribution of the containers as well as the associated administrative and human resources functions. The building plot is located on the eastern edge of the trade fair town of Riem, on the east side of the De Gasperi arch, adjacent to the landscape park. The new entrance to be built is opposite Sigmund Rieer bow. The buildable area (including embankments/walls) is approx. 11, 560m², with a further 6, 280m² of compensation areas, which corresponds to a total property area of ​​approx. 15, 700m².
