FA01-2026 - Supply of Electrical Pulse Weapons (A.I.E.) and related services Restricted procedure, divided into two phases, pursuant to articles 59 and 72 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, aimed at stipulating a Framework Agreement with a single economic operator, lasting 48 months, concerning the supply of Electric Pulse Weapons (A.I.E.), including accessories, consumables, operational and training cartridges, data management systems, software, telematic devices and related services technical assistance, maintenance and training, to meet the joint needs of the Carabinieri, the Financial Police and the State Police. The contract consists of a single lot, due to its functional nature unitary supply and the need to guarantee technological homogeneity, interoperability of devices, uniformity of training standards and consistency in the management of connected systems and services. The award takes place according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, identified on the basis of the best quality/price ratio, pursuant to article 108 of the Code.
