The SB Bayern 07 association is renovating the existing Bayern 07 outdoor swimming pool at Pulversee 1 in Nuremberg. In March 2026, demolition of the existing supervision and technical building (approx. 650 m³) and partial demolition of the two large pools will begin. The entrance building, changing rooms and sanitary areas remain untouched. Two New stainless steel pools will be built at a new location and higher up on the site. A new technical building with a WU basement houses all the technology for the swimming pool, a supervision area and a changing and wet area for the disabled. The ground floor of the building is bricked up and plastered outside. The roof is a slightly sloping rafter roof with green roofs. The outdoor facilities include the paving work, green areas and fencing.
