Tenders are invited for Ezulwini Power Station Mordenization Project.
The main scope of work includes the following;
a. Dismantling of the current control system
b. Design, Supply, Install and Commission a fully functional Control System as per EEC
Specifications
c. Design, Supply, Install and Commission a fully functional Primary Controller
(Governor) as per EEC Specifications
d. Design, Supply, Install and Commission a fully functional Digital Excitation Control
System as per EEC Specifications
e. Carry out necessary changes on station existing equipment for safe and reliable
integration of the new DCS as per EEC Specifications
f. Commission the new system
g. Demonstrate the systems capability to deliver the desired results through simulations,
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), erections controls as well as Site Acceptance Tests
(SAT).
h. Interface Control System to EEC SCADA System
i. Train EEC personnel on operation and maintenance of system
j. Provide all products documentation and software to EEC
Tenderers are obligated to participate in a compulsory site scoping meeting to be held on Thursday, the 12th September 2019 at 10:00HR at Ezulwini Power Station. The potential bidders are required to assembly at Ezulwini Power Station at 10:00HR where the project brief shall be done.
