We are looking for an external transformation manager who operatively supports the implementation of strategic objectives on behalf of the management of the DLR project sponsor. The role is geared towards being active in the system to identify barriers in the system, measures for To initiate improvement and to secure the change through suitable measures.
As part of its further development, the DLR project sponsor is faced with the need to find its internal service functions (personnel, law, order management/controlling, IT operation, infrastructure and information services, Central funding management and quality assurance) to align and lead even closer to the departments of the project sponsor. The goal is to put cooperation between the service units and internal customers on a new, sustainable basis that is through Efficiency, liability, clear responsibilities and high digital maturity.
The duration of the contract for the support services is one year with the option of the two -time extension by six months each.
