If necessary it is possible increasing the size of the sign, while maintaining ¾ proportions; the sign can be located both horizontally and vertically; under the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the lower 2/3 of the sign is the name of the state organ. The height of the letters of the sign text must be at least 3 centimeters. The background of the canvas should be blue, and the letters should be gold; The State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan is placed centrally in the upper third of the sign; name of state authority must be presented in state and Russian, and, if necessary, in other languages; in the case of production and placement of signs with the name of a government body in state and Russian, and in other languages, they are made in the form of different signs located separately from each other, the content of the text and the design of the sign are made as agreed by the Customer.
