With the present allocation, the Free State of Saxony, represented by the SMF, as a public client, intends external services to support the HKR CC, to expand the HKR total system to a comprehensive ERP system for the Saxon state administration in accordance with the cabinet resolution No. 07/1117 of June 10, 2024 (level 3+) as well as to the continuation of the EPM.SAx project for the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2029 and other licenses in the form of one or more framework agreements.

SAP HKR

The contractor or his subcontractors are the following services expected:

 Professional and technical accompaniment of the GO-Live of the HKR-IT ​​system from 01.01.2026 with a focus on the SAP software (SAP S/4HANA)

 Hypercare of the created solution according to the HKR implementation levels 1 & 2 with a focus on the SAP software

 Adaptation and further development within the scope of the HKR implementation levels 1 & 2 with a focus on the SAP software (SAP S/4HANA)

 Implementation and test performance in the area of ​​individual developments and customizing with a focus on the SAP software in the HKR segment (SAP S/4HANA)

 If necessary expansion of the system architecture with a focus on the SAP software (SAP S/4HANA)

 Creation of a concept and the solution design within the existing HKR-IT ​​system (according to level 1 & 2) for the illustration and expression of the following subject areas using the existing findings and objectives for level 3+
