Extension of the “Zwergenburg” daycare center in Essern - structural planning The Uchte municipality intends to expand the existing “Zwergenburg” (Essern) facility to provide sufficient kindergarten places. One is planned New construction through an extension building adjoining the existing building. Two new groups are to be accommodated in the extension building. After the construction measure has been implemented, a total of four (instead of the current three) groups can work in the Daycare center to be set up in Essern. The planning services for the extension in service phases (LPH) 1 and 2 of the HOAI for property planning in accordance with §§ 33, 34 HOAI (basic determination and preliminary planning) were carried out by an external office carried out. The expected gross floor area for the new extension is 565.92 m², the NRF is expected to be 484.57 m².
