Extension or new construction of fire station production - planning services Extension or new construction of fire station production - planning services According to the fire brigade requirements plan of the city of Beverungen, the new building or expansion of the Fire station in the town of Herstelle planned by summer 2028. The estimated construction costs of around 1.8 million euros are taken into account in the medium-term economic plan of the Beverungen road and real estate company. For The plan is to complete the planning services (building construction, technical building equipment and outdoor facilities) up to approval planning (service phase 4) in 2026 in close coordination with the building owner, the fire department and politicians. The awarding of the Planning services are carried out as part of a two-stage process, consisting of a participation competition and the subsequent submission of an initial offer. The Beverungen road and real estate company reserves the right to place the order on this basis of the initial offers without entering into further negotiations.
