Extension of an office and administration building The Federal Society for End Storage mbH needs a five-story extension to the existing administration building (UG-3rd floor) due to the additional need for office and administrative space. The contractor (AN) As a total contractor, takes over all services for the turnkey realization of the extension, including all planning, coordination, construction, commissioning and documentation services up to the defect-free handover to the client. The overall dimensions of the new building are approximately 92.70 x 36.76 m. The expansion of the existing administration building will provide approximately 215 office workstations, a fully air-conditioned cold archive, a data center according to availability class 3 (VK3) and Meeting rooms are created.
