Extension GS Deichhorst / Waldorf kindergarten - kitchen technology The Deichhorst elementary school is being built as a compact, three-story new building in the KfW 40 standard with components in the passive house standard. The load-bearing structure consists predominantly of reinforced concrete Recessed technical floor as a lightweight steel structure on the roof. The facade is designed as a clinker brick facade with post-transom windows made of wood and aluminum and colored glass elements. Two main areas of use are planned inside: a daycare area on the ground floor for 2 groups, with associated adjoining rooms, as well as a cafeteria and a serving kitchen. Kitchen technology systems for a warm-up kitchen at the primary school to supply approx. 400 students in 4 shifts. The food is served via a Dispensing line in operation. The supply of a KITA with approx. 115 VT as fresh kitchen should also be ensured.
