Extension GS Am Grünen Kamp - building automation The construction project is an extension of a primary school with a sports hall, changing rooms, 3 technical rooms, 1 cafeteria with warm-up kitchen and scullery, dining room with stage, sanitary rooms, storage and adjoining rooms, approx. 4 classrooms, 2 differentiation rooms and the administration rooms. The installations of the building automation trade essentially consist of the services/components: - Automation and control of 3 ventilation devices (kitchen, sports hall, classrooms) including decentralized field devices such as volume flow controllers and fire dampers - 4 automation focal points as floor-standing control cabinets including panel in the door - bus connection, integration and control of 2 heat pumps for room temperature control and one Hot water preparation - Connection in the integration of approx. 10 heat meters, 9 electricity meters and 3 drinking water meters via M-Bus - Connection of safety-relevant system monitoring such as SiBe, BMA, paging systems, elevator, RWA, grease separator etc. - Overview images of the systems with data points, states and user management must be configured for the control panel. In this case, higher-level BMS is not used. - Remote access to the DDC or the control cabinet panel user interfaces for operators must be implemented via a web browser-based application.
