Vitos is the largest provider of treatment for mentally ill people in Hesse. The company operates psychiatric, psychosomatic and forensic psychiatric clinics as well as psychiatric rehabilitation facilities. The accompanying psychiatric services are aimed at with its offer to people with chronic mental illnesses. In addition to its core task - diagnosing and treating mentally ill people - Vitos also runs a specialist orthopedic clinic in Kassel and youth and disabled welfare facilities throughout Hesse. Vitos is a company of the State Welfare Association (LWV) of Hesse.
