As part of the Berlin School Building Offensive (BSO), the Lichtenberg District Office intends to carry out the construction project "expansion, replacement building and renovation of the schools" on the site of the school site at Sandinostrasse 8, 10, 13055 Berlin and sports halls as well as renovation of the outdoor facilities". This is a holistic measure affecting the entire school site in four construction phases, the sequence of which is described in a functional service description. The scope of services includes planning services in accordance with HOAI (LPH 5 implementation planning), the work and assembly planning as well as all construction work. The construction project includes the following measures:
