The comprehensive modernization and expansion measure includes both the listed renovation of the existing buildings - in particular the main event hall "BT 01" and the administration building "BT 02" - as well as the construction of additional areas. These include the new hall K7 “BT 04” and the six-story residence building “BT 03”. The construction work will be carried out in several phases in order to maintain gaming operations during the construction period.
