Expression of interest process for survey software As part of a market survey, the SBK would like to inquire about current providers on the market and available services in the field of survey software. The survey software enables the SBK to Plan, conduct and evaluate customer surveys independently - especially in the form of email-based questionnaires. The purpose of the market research is to identify providers who are able to comply with data protection and security requirements to ensure the requirements of German social law and the BSI standards and therefore only covers a specific partial aspect of the overall requirement profile. The market research serves exclusively to obtain information and does not constitute a procurement process It does not constitute a claim to the award of an order nor an obligation on the part of SBK to initiate such proceedings. The knowledge gained during market research will be neutralized in any intended procurement process and incorporated into the tender documents in a competition-neutral manner.
