ATAC S.p.A. intends to acquire Expressions of Interest from companies able to activate an electronic payment management service (Acquiring) for the Transit and Retail network, as better specified and described in the Special Specifications and related attachments. The reception and collection of maExpressions of interest and the subsequent request for an economic offer are intended to facilitate the identification of a maximum number of 4 operators, with whom they will be stipulated, following the positive outcome of the technical testing phase of the technological platforms, as better specifiedin the Special Specifications, contracts for the management of the Acquiring service for a duration of four years and expiring on 31.12.2026, regardless of the date of stipulation, without prejudice to the right for ATAC S.p.A. to unilaterally establish the renewal for a further period of 2 (two) years.
This notice will remain open from the date of publication until 23/01/2025.
