The FAO Representation in Madagascar, Comoros, Mauritius and Seychelles, invites eligible, legally constituted entities (such as companies, firms, ...), with at least two relevant references, acquired over the past 5 years, in the design of online information platforms, that wish to express their interest in a future tender on the provision of web application design services, and have experience in the following areas:Fullstack web development with client/server architecture - Database design using platforms supporting large database and spatial data (for example: PostGIS, MongoDB or similar) - Server set up supporting OGC standards compliant services (WMS, WCS, WFS) - Front-end design supporting interactive web mapping using industry standard libraries (as for example leaflet, openlayers or similar) - Implementation of interactive multisource data visualization (Shiny or similar)
