Description of services Basic understanding and objectives Norddeutscher Rundfunk has developed a multi-stage, competency-oriented selection model for managers. The content design, control and decision-making sovereignty of the selection process lies with us at the client, represented by the main human resources department, in particular the recruiting and human resources management departments. The subject of the advertised service is the technical support of the client through the provision and Evaluation of scientifically based aptitude diagnostic procedures. The aim of the framework agreement is to permanently ensure the diagnostic quality of manager selection and to continuously professionalize the selection process. Aptitude diagnostic services The core component of the advertised service is the provision, implementation and professional evaluation of aptitude diagnostic procedures, particularly in the area of personality, competence and potential diagnostics. This includes in particular: - use of scientifically based, validated and reliable test and questionnaire-based procedures - technically justified selection and adaptation of diagnostic instruments to the requirements of the NDR - differentiated Interpretation and structured preparation of the diagnostic results as a basis for decision-making for internal selection committees. The aptitude diagnostic services are provided in different ways depending on the function, management level and strategic importance scopes used. The diagnostic services also include professional expectation and feedback management for the participating candidates.
