Expansion of the Weierheide comprehensive school Expansion of the existing Weierheide comprehensive school on the newly acquired property at Fichtestr. 15 in Oberhausen-Buschhausen by a general contractor The SBO Servicebetriebe Oberhausen (hereinafter: "Client") intends to expand the existing Weierheide comprehensive school on the newly acquired property at Fichtestr. 15 in Oberhausen-Buschhausen to be carried out by a general contractor (GU). The subject of the order is the complete ones Planning services from service phase 5, missing planning services from earlier service phases as well as the complete execution work for a turnkey new building. The project includes the conversion of a listed church for school purposes as well as the construction of three additional buildings to accommodate classrooms and administrative rooms. A modular or system design is permitted. The project is divided into a total of four buildings, components A, B, C and D the following areas: - Component A (conversion of a listed church into a cafeteria and auditorium), ground floor to 2nd floor: 1, 350 m² NGF and 9, 300 m³ BRI, - Component B (Ground floor to 1st floor): 1, 050 m² NGF and 5, 250 m³ BRI, - Component C (partial basement, ground floor to 1st floor): 1, 200 m² NGF and 6, 100 m³ BRI, - Component D (ground floor to 1st floor): 1, 300 m² NGF and 6, 500 m³ BRI.
