Expansion of the Gebrüder Grimm School in Grevenbroich | Specialist planning (technical equipment performance profile - ELT) according to 55 HOAI (from LPH 3) The city of Grevenbroich is planning to expand the Gebrüder Grimm School in Grevenbroich by one train from three to four trains and the construction of a cafeteria. The order includes the services of specialist planning (technical equipment service profile - ELT) in accordance with Section 55 HOAI in service phases 3 to 9, each with corresponding special services (system groups 4, 5 and 8). The city Grevenbroich is planning to expand the Gebrüder Grimm School in Grevenbroich in order to ensure the legal right to full-day care in a timely manner. The project involves a combination of new construction measures (construction of a cafeteria) and renovation work Reconstruction measures in the existing building (expansion from three to four trains). The measure essentially serves to expand all-day education and care options for children of primary school age, to build a new large cafeteria (kitchen, dining room, adjoining rooms). Creation of the four-room structure for a total of around 480 students, the new building/creation of new teaching and differentiation rooms as well as the creation of an overall heat/energy concept for all buildings and a significant reduction energy consumption.
