Expansion and modernization of hardening school - planning technical equipment - electrical The municipality of Kusterdingen is planning to expand and modernize the hardship school. First, a new building is to be built for all-day use (area approx. 1, 150 m²). The existing building will then be converted and modernized (area approx. 1, 400 m²). Expected costs (KG: 200-700, net): New building: €5.2 million, old building: €3.3 million. Expected dates: Start of planning: after completion of the award procedure, expected: November 2026. The new building must be settled with the funding provider by September 1, 2029. Planning technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, system groups 4-5 + optional 6, service phases 1 - 9.
