The client (Saarbrücken regional association) intends to award service phases 1 to 9 of the service profile planning services for technical equipment (§ 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 to the HOAI) as well as the following special services: • Creation an approvable drainage application in coordination with the property planner/architect. • Inventory of the existing technical systems. • Creation of a 3D model of the technical systems commissioned for the extension based on the previous one 3D model created by the architects. Provision of the created model as a basis for the overall 3D model. • Creation of a 3D model of the commissioned technology as well as the incorporated existing technology of the entire building stock Basis of the architects' previously created 3D model.
