Existing renovation: property planning buildings and interiors Funkhaus Areal Haus 2 + 3 Conclusion of a public contract (work contract) with a contractor for the project of renovating the existing Funkhaus area, buildings 2 and 3, property planning of the building and interiors with pollutant remediation. The subject of this contract are the services of HOAI service phases 1 to 8 and special services for buildings 2 and 3. House 2: Preservation and renovation: - Access separation between house 1 and house 3 - Reopening of the main entrance with restoration of the original staircase - Technical self-sufficiency through separation of the divisions: basement with its own ELT connection room, distribution room, district heating transfer station, house connection room with drinking water connection - Building axis B: Addition of a load-bearing wall in some areas - Building axis C: Creation of a load-bearing wall including foundation formation - Creation of 2 rental units per floor with their own sanitary cores - At the end of the hallway of the rental units production an ELT room with connection to the ELT connection room in the basement - Room temperature control via existing radiators - Closing access from the general stairwell to today's toilet facilities - Fire protection upgrade - Dismantling raised floors in the studios as well studio fittings; instead simple floor construction - Removal of materials containing pollutants - If necessary, replacement of the “blown-in insulation” in the roof structure - If necessary, replacement of the wooden windows Goal: The character of the building should...
