"Exercising construction supervision of financed objects according to intervention II.D.6 "Investments in basic services and small-scale infrastructures in rural areas" from the SPRZSR 2023-2027" by specific positions" The scope of the order for both specific positions includes construction supervision activities under the meaning of Art. 166, para. 1 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT), control of compliance with the requirements under Art. 169, paras. 1 and 3 of the ZUT when performing construction and installation works included in the scope of the order. In the scope of work of the Contractor include the following main activities: Activity 1. Construction supervision during the implementation of the SMR, until acceptance of the object and issuance of a Permit for use, according to the requirements of the ZUT and ensuring the implementation of the Bulgarian regulatory requirements; Activity 2. Performing the function of Safety and Health Coordinator, according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety working conditions in the execution of construction and assembly works; Activity 3. Preparation of technical passport according to Art. 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5/ 28.12.2006 for the site or for the relevant part of the site, if the phased handover of parts of the entire construction contract is carried out.
