When executing the order, the following should be done: Separate position No. 1 "Performance of construction and assembly works of the elements of the technical infrastructure for the needs of the Municipality of Dobrich for objects with a building permit" - Construction, major repairs, reconstruction, rehabilitation, basic renovation, strengthening and restoration works of elements of the technical infrastructure for the needs of the Municipality of the City of Dobrich (objects with a building permit), according to the Technical Specification (Appendix 1). Separated position No. 2 "Performance of construction and assembly works on the elements of the technical infrastructure for the needs of the Municipality of Dobrich for sites without a building permit".- Ongoing repair and rehabilitation of elements of the technical infrastructure for the needs of Municipality of the City of Dobrich (objects without a building permit), according to the Technical Specification (Appendix 1). In view of the specificity, complexity and complexity of the types of works and the number of relevant objects to be carried out, the same could not be determine in advance.
