Tenders are invited for Execution of Public Lighting Works by Photovoltaic Solar Energy in Sombo in the Municipality of Dibang, Department of Nyonget Kelle, Centre

The Call for Tenders file can be obtained from the Town Hall of Dibang, General Secretariat, from the "executive office" as soon as this Notice is published, against presentation of a receipt for payment of a non-refundable amount of 25, 000F (Twenty-five thousand francs) CFA, representing the application fees, to the Municipal Revenue of the municipality of Dibang .

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a provisional guarantee, produced from the date of publication of this Notice of Invitation to Tender and issued by a bank or an insurance company approved and authorized to issue guarantees in the framework of public contracts, the amount of which is fixed at 500, 000 (Five hundred thousand) CFA Francs, and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
Under penalty of rejection, the provisional guarantee must imperatively be produced in the original dating from at most three (03) months.
The provisional guarantee will be released fifteen (15) days after the publication of the results and at the latest thirty (30) days after the period of validity of the tenders for the tenderers who have not been selected.
