Tenders are invited for Execution of the Opening Work of the Mabombe-Plantations Agricultural Track (4.5 Km) in the District of Nkondjock, Department of Nkam, in Emergency Procedure

This work includes the following operations:
- Construction site installation;
- Studies and execution project
- Cleaning and earthworks;
- Tree felling- Bulldozer earthworks with light derailing
- Rapid reprofiling and creation of ditches and outlets
- Excavated material

The Open National Tender File can be obtained at the Town Hall of the Commune of Nkondjock (General Secretariat) upon publication of this Notice, against presentation of a payment receipt of forty Five thousand (45, 000) FCFA, non-refundable to the Municipal Revenue of Nkondjock.

Each bidder must attach to its administrative documents, a provisional guarantee issued by a first-class banking institution approved by the Minister in charge of Finance, the amount of which is 600, 000 CFA francs (Six hundred thousand CFA francs).
Under penalty of rejection, the provisional deposit must be produced in original.
The provisional bond will be released no later than thirty (30) days after the period of validity of the bids for the unsuccessful bidders. In the case of the tenderer awarded the contract, the provisional security shall be released after the final security has been lodged.
