Tenders are invited for Execution of the Ministry of Defence Capital Projects under the 2019 Capital Appropriation
1. The Ministry of Defence wishes to draw the attention of all interested bidders and the public to an earlier advertisement published in the Federal Tenders Journal, Daily Trust and the Punch Newspapers of 7th October, 2019 on Invitation to Tender for the Execution of the Ministry of Defence Capital Projects under the 2019 Capital Appropriation.
2. The deadline for submission for Category C – Invitation for Pre-Qualification (Works) and Category D Invitation for Expression of Interest (Consultancy Services) has been extended to 12:00 noon on Monday, 11th November, 2019 to allow for wider participation. The Expression of Interest and technical bids opening exercise shall take place immediately after the deadline for submission 12:00 noon on Monday, 11th November, 2019.
3. The deadline for the submission of bids for Categories A – Invitation to Tender (Works)and B-Invitation to Tender (Goods) remains the same:
Category A&B: 12:00 noon, on Monday, 18th November, 2019
Category C&D: 12:00 noon on Monday, 11th November, 2019
4. The Venue for opening of Technical Bids and Expression of Interest (EOI) is as follows Venue: Dr. Ezekiel Oyemomi Auditorium, Ship House, Ministry of Defence, Area 10, Garki, Abuja.
5. Companies or their representatives, Civil Societies, NGOs, Professional Bodies and members of the public are invited to witness the Bid Opening Exercise.
