The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the adaptation of building no. 5 of the Border Guard Post in Gdańsk at ul. Kasztanowa 1 to the applicable fire protection regulations, in accordance with the design documentation, provisions Pomeranian Voivodeship Commander of the State Fire Service, ref. no. WZ.52840.289.2025.3.SC and WZ.52840.290.2025.3.SC of September 18, 2025, conditions specified by the Pomeranian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments and notification of construction works to the Voivode Pomorskie: WI-II.7843.2.11.2026.LH of June 23, 2026. A detailed list of works is presented in point II. Material scope of works of the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Specification. Other conditions for the execution of the order are specified in The draft provisions of the public procurement contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the Specification.
