Tenders are invited for Execution of Construction Work of the Zootechnical Center and Veterinary Sanitary Control, In the Commune Debandja, Department of Haut-Kam, Region of West. In Emergency Procedure. Function: Bip 2024
The tender dossier can be obtained during working hours at the Bandja Town Hall (SIGAMP Department), upon publication of this notice, upon presentation of the original receipt for payment of the non-refundable sum of fifty-five one thousand (55, 000) FCFA, representing the costs of acquiring the file, payable to the Municipal Revenue of the Bandja Town Hall.
The offers must be accompanied by a provisional guarantee established according to the model indicated in the Tender Document, by a first-class banking establishment approved by the Minister in charge of Finance and the amount of which is six hundred and two
thousand (602, 000) CFA francs. The provisional bond must be valid for one hundred and fifty (150) days, from the deadline for submission of offers.
The absence of the provisional guarantee in a tender file results in the elimination of the offer. The provisional security will be automatically released beyond the thirtieth (30th) day after the expiration of the validity of the offers for unsuccessful bidders. In the event that the tenderer is awarded the contract, the provisional security will be released after the final security has been provided.
