Conditions and Requirement of Participation
· Provide the necessary licenses to carry out the activity in accordance with the Libyan legislation in this regard, and in the case of working jointly with a foreign company, the company's contract of incorporation registered in the official bodies is needed

· Provide a list of the company/office technical staff
· The company headquarters and branches addresses in Libya including telephone numbers and faxes. The Libyan Petroleum Institute retains the right to visit these sites
· Registration in the Chamber of Commerce
· Approval of the Ministry of Labor, especially for foreign companies
